The violent crime risk for men, i think it's between 26 and 29, just falls off a cliff. The vast majority of gang members are at that young age. We need a not all violence in the sense of the sociological, you no ivory tower, academic sense of the term. It is necessarily a thing we should avoid if we're learning to express that in a healthya, consentual, reasonably safe manner.
