What's the Most Anormal?
The patient is a 46-year-old man with upper and lower respiratory symptoms, ocular symptoms, as well as joint pains with signs of inflammation who's now presenting to the emergency department for care. Pranka: I loved how you were eliciting from the patient very real and very heartbreaking challenges that this patient and many of our patients face in accessing care. And so as we move through thinking about this patient and caring for this patient, we do need to keep in mind and help mitigate as this patient's providers, those social determinants that can make accessing additional testing or treatment even more challenging for this patient.
