A conlinger should be fairly compensated for the work they do. If you have good resources such as from a movie or TV budget, I might suggest double or triple those amounts to ensure a good product. For any beings that can use language, whether it be oral or signed to, I want you to consider using aconlang. It will help your story, it will help your world building, and it will be a valuable tool in your storytelling.
