In Perry versus New Hampshire, the US Supreme Court reversed a lower court's decision. The question was essentially if there's lousy eyewitness testimony in a case, should it be allowed? Sanjay Gupta: You're right to a fair trial. Using unreliable evidence against you is not unconstitutional. There's no right that you'll have great evidence. Instead, it's the job of the jury to figure it out and weigh the evidence.
