China's Climate Action Plan Revealed?
China released a new action plan on climate this week. It largely reiterates goals that they'd put out previously, which were to reach pea carbon omissions by 20 30 and full carbon neutrality by 26. The idea is that china will finally reach a plateau by 20 30, after which they will start to reduce omissions. And then, n theory, within the next three decades after that, they'll have reached carbon neutrality.
