When people are really high on the authenticity scale, we often tell them less is more. The barometer to shoot for is that off stage, I would be thinking at a 75% level. When you're making keen insights about you, bring it into the room. But when you're having keen insights about the other people in the room, that's the one you might want to leave outside of the door.
