The Motivations of Private Equity Companies
The incentives are a little misaligned when a lot of the private equity companies, in order to give you that growth in capital, they're going to take a majority share pretty much all the time. And then they're looking to flip the company. I don't think getting great patient outcomes has to be exclusive, separated from running a good business and making a profit. So ideally, we like to see those principles working together.
