Using a Benchmarking Approach to Assessments
Each assessment thata customer creates is customized for them, choosing from our bank of three ish thousand questions. We have a pretty good sense of what a normal mark would be, let's say, an average mark for that exact assessment. And we also know what or what we call the live bench mark, which is like our predicted ninetieth per cento. So for a normal cohort of candadats under normal circumstances, we predict 65% will bithat ninetieth%. That's the basic feeback that we give to customers.
