My grandmother had pretty severe Alzheimer's that came on in like her 80s. She lived to be early to mid 90s, but there was one thing that a story that she told over and over again was really heartbreaking. They were at church and her mother collapsed and died. And she would retell this story over and over Again. I wondered what was going on internally.
