What's the Most Important One?

We have two different approaches. One is just getting it documented the kind of way you would expect do the process, write it down as you go along and then give it to somebody else. The other thing that we do is for your key system. So let's see, have a system, but you feel like there's some bottle nag it maybe isn't doing as well as you i to think it should be. And them we look at what's the most important one to address first? What's the one that is the most key to serving our sweet spot?
