Theology of Bart's Rejection of the Covenant of Works
The doctrine of the covenant of works has not fared particularly well over the past century at the hands of main stream theologians. For karl bart, the doctrine subverts the very being of god and for that purpose and reason, it deserves special attention. So what i'd like to is to map out the logic, if you can, ah, if i could put it that way, the logic of bart's rejection of the covennt works,. A theological logic that stands behind his rejection of the doctrine.
