The Importance of Accreditation in Architecture

When do I need a designer or UX researcher? It's still so complicated and so varied for the people out there. If you worked in smaller organizations, then you would never crush your mind to bring in a UX researcher. But at the same time, if as someone who is looking to hire a designer and what you really wanted with very high research skills, would that not do the job? Depends on if you're looking for a cross-functional team where you want that person to be able to contribute in other areas as well.
