Introduction

Oshet design leaders are spending all their time managing andhoting, but they're not leading designs. One of the things that i've seen more of during our break is a legi establishment of this design leadership role that doesn't assume management. I'm seeing it more and more, and i'm hearing from other design leaders that i'm talking to a desire to establish that role within their organizations.
