We're in a different kind of bear market because again this is an extended bear market whereas 98 was a three month three months down now site correcting about 32 or so percent we're down 36% it is at our lows over almost 11 months. I do think there's been a fair amount of force liquidation that no one's talking about but I think you know people who are holding on to their stocks. If you're not panicking now when you're down 80% then I think you probably given up and you're like well whatever it's not all my money and I'm regaining with it, he says.
