I think the Elgin Marbles should go back, frankly. I think it would be symbolically good. The Greeks absolutely can look after them. We can make digital copies of them, 3D printing, whatever you like. But no, it's not like Gibraltar. I think we should give Gibraltar back. Make the Spaniards happy. They're our friends for heaven's sake. And free access for anybody anywhere.

In 2006, Winchester was made an officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Her Majesty the Queen. He resides in western Massachusetts.
