CNN's John Sutter looks at the history of racism in corporate America. In his new book, "Dilbert," author Scott Forbrig claims he was denied a promotion for diversity reasons. The reality is that Crocker Bank fell apart just like it did during the Reagan era. And from here on, all setbacks are eventually blamed on nefarious individuals wanting to hire non-white people instead of him.
