Is There a Role Modeling?

I find that I spend a surprisingly large amount of time trying to unlock those for people. Telling them, you are good enough. You know enough. Your time is worth spending in that way. And others are interested in what you have to say. This is what largely mentors and coaches do for us, role models. Most people don't have a mentor. They can directly model themselves off of the online creators.
