Compensation Committees in Nonprofits
Coming up with compensation. Layers or parameters in any nonprofit, right? It is it is very difficult. So much depends on your location, the work that you do. The longevity of your director and did they found the organization 20 years ago? There's all of these things that are wrapped up in there. And a nonprofit really does need to keep on keep on top of this because especially in these last two, three years, the labor market has changed dramatically. If Walmart is paying better than a small scrappy nonprofit, those people might say, maybe you know, I'm just going to go work at Walmart.
