The Importance of Creating Psychology

A lot of people talk about creating psychology being important. And if you are someone who believes it's important, you need to do something about it for yourself and I'll just say that reading about it is good. More and more in my coaching practice is professional traders less and less individual self-directed retail traders. They may understand that trading psychology is important but don't commit to actually doing anythinganything about it. Their job is out on the line. Someone who's out of trading on a bank desk or at a hedge fund or family office or something their job depends on it. It's a whole different thing and they're going to do what it takes to take care of the issue,
