There's so many success stories of using regulation saying, look, in a few years time, you can no longer sell this. We've done it in a few areas already, but we need to do an awful lot more of that. Once you have that signal, then the investment will shift dramatically. If it was that easy, why hasn't it happened already? It's not easy. And that's because there's a lot of opposition,.
