The Scale of the Transition, Right?

A CEO might say, well, particularly for general management positions, it's such a bigger set of responsibilities. I had a great example of an executive that moved from, you know, a relatively decent sized business to about a billion-one business within a company. It was totally different customer landscapes and totally different manufacturing landscapes. And that was the complexity of the transition. It wasn't the scale of it. It really was the scope of it.
