Last year, i wrote that the fed should consider targeting black unemployment. And now we have this idea of an inclusive and broad based employment framework from the fed. But in your opinion, what does that actually mean? And does the central bank need to go further by perhaps setting explicit targets for black unemployment? I want to explore this point further. Because if look at who benefits disproportionately from tight labor markets, its its people and communities of color.
