What's the Purpose of the Appeal?
Seven justices agreed that the confession was a confusing amalgam of time and events. But then they agreed that it was sufficient for the verdict to remain. The jury already said they were guilty, so why are you there? i just don't understand how you put your head on your pillow at night and go to sleep knowing that you andid all of them. They couldn't have moved this trial because certain evidentiary items were completely irrelevant and ignored by the court. And dan stitam kept with the case up to the very end.
