Theologically Speaking, Is There a Meaningful Picture of God?

The necessity of describing ourselves whor we are unique, if taken over and applied to the god question, makes it perfectly sensible totalk about god. Let's approach this though, theologically as well. And i think this is most helpful in talking with a non christian. The analytical philosophers have come down good and hard on the non christian religions and on a great deal of contemporary theology. In all religions other than christianity, god doesn't appear here on earth. You have to define him descriptively. You cannot define him denotatively. you cannot point to him.
