Time Genus - Step Three - Collaborating

i could not give birth to an entirely new programme and do all those same things at the same time. So i told my team, ok, for the next few months, while i create this programme, i'm only going to take meetings in a very narrow window on mondays from 11 a m To three p m. If anyone needs feedback, if there's any kind of collaboration or decision making, you got a question, just book time in my calendar. And i got to say, that simple move, it worked like magic. From t Tuesday through friday, i was able to give a hundred per cent of my focus to the time genus programme without any interruptions or distractions
