Searching for Gold in the Pogara Mine

indigenous apely people have had much of their land taken away and the rest of the environment contaminated. So many feel forced to go scavenging amongst the carded rocks for little flecks of gold. But searching for gold in and around the pogara mine can be a deadly activity. The security gards beat us, regardless of women, children and men, chaceus with the gad dogs. We go into the red, smelly, chemical water to get the good. This gold is our bread, our daily food that will sustain for the evening.
