The Difference Principle in the Relationship Between Workers and Employers
Workers and owners should share decision-making rights on a much more equal basis. Germany is the country, I guess, that's gone the furthest in that respect. In companies with more than 500 workers, employees are able to elect a third of the members of the company board. And then alongside having seats on the board, there are works councils which are kind of workplace bodies where workers elect representatives.
