Building a UX Mature Company
Trust is the fundamental thing for me. The second thing that comes out of your activities is something that I would define as like sharing and involvement. As soon as you're joining the company and you kind of build basically good relationship with your team, then it would be very important to not stay passive on anything design-related. And new people is always new and fresh blood, new perspective, new way or new chance to change the habits and how people operate.
