What's the Point of Programming Ap?

There used to be an ap that picked up like the frequentcy ithe air because, you know, everything's frequency. And when we do on a subconscious level, we get alof it. We also, of course, subconsciously and consciously transmit a lot out too. I need to unpack that just a little bit, cause i don't want,. but why would this inter agency exercise where two people, presumably,You know, died, one was murdered, and then the other, the perpetrator later supposedly killed himself? Are they trying to programm bad nergy? Ye, i'll share something else with you that i've known for 20, 15, 20 years.
