How to Step Up as a Leader

The qualities of being a good leader look eerily close to just the qualities ofbeing a good human being. What's something that everybody can do to start honing that? We've priotiozed ourselves to such a degree that we've actually forgotten the purpose of some of these things that we've adopted from the east. Andi, i want to practise being present. You're practising in order to serve others. Faith is the understanding that when we are on a team, even if we don't know who our players are, they will be for us. If you have any doubts about your leadership ability, ask yourself: 'Is this really what I'm doing here?'
