Do Repetitive Stress Injuries Affect Your Running?

Routine stress injuries are the result of spending too much time in that overload zone where you're trying to gain fitness. This is why you need to build your six pillars, so that you're dispersing forces appropriately throughout your body every position and move that you make. A little bit of my time should be in this overload zone. I got to make sure i stay active in my off season to avoid the underload zone. And we always want to try to avoid the structural failures one.
