Climate Change Pact
There are no sanctions, no penalties for any countries that don't actually do what they agreed to do by signing this pact. This was the problem with the paris agreement that so many people had six years an that still the case. What is different in this pact than what we saw in paris was the sense of urgency and, honestly, the sense of disappointment that was just felt. Now the pact is calling for more aggressive in d c and more frequent up date rit.
