The Role of Individual Contributor in Startups

I think we're going to see a lot of companies kind of developing this role where the founder, the individual contributor founder over time, hire some very high level folks to do at the kind of operations level. Maybe they're like a COO, maybe they're even called a CEO, but they kind of also retain the like chairman of the board position. They're still the person setting the vision for the company while somebody, you know, collaborates with them on that and implements that for them. It would be nice to see this being disconnected to be like you can you can own the company. You can just like be an individual contributor, particularly in the technical role.
