The New Testament and the New Testament - What's the Parallel?
In John chapter two, jesus clenses the temple. Every reasonable person would understand him to be referring to the building. But he can still be referring to himself by using a phrase like this temple. So i think it's just totally incontinent and with the depiction of things, and mathew to suppose that he's the rock.
