Catholics Can't Be Prime Minister in England

The Test Incorporations Act of 18 was the last limiting factor for Catholics to be members of parliament. Catholicism was basically banned from, you know, in public life from the time of the Jacobites. And ever since that time onwards, it just became exponentially harder for Catholics to have positions in public life. The first drain was when the primacy of Protestantism was kind of well established in the UK.
