The Texas LLC and the Texas DAO Law

The DAO laws seem to be a copy of the Wyoming DAO law. They dropped the autonomous part. The biggest difference or one difference was the quorum for a vote to be valid. In Tennessee also the law requires organizations to choose between member-managed and smart contract-managed structures. But in practice, when you have the members voting and effectuating change on their smart contract, at its face it just seems like a unnecessary complication to this law.
