There is a very appropriate role for anger in the culture and in our lives. There are all kinds of instances where it's entirely appropriate to be angry at them. Rick cautioned that anger, unlike some other emotions that we generally think of as negative or problematic, can be really seductive. Our anger builds up, and as irritation builds, it often becomes like throwing an unlit match into the corner of a room. Those matches pile up, and it takes only a tiny spark to start a bonfire.
