Introduction

Rafael Robert is a co-author on an IETF document that we hope will be reaching a similar phase soon. MLS is a protocol for end to end encryption and specifically in groups. So it can be in very small groups in groups of two, but it can also be much larger groups with thousands of members essentially. There is no like practical upper limit; there's a theoretical limit of one billion.
