The Mississippi Department of Corrections Has Confirmed Only Two Cases of COVID-19 in Parchment Prison
Earl Dicus contracted COVID-19, who gave it to him. The Mississippi Department of Corrections has tested just 33 inmates for the virus. There are 2,000 men at parchment prison and another 16,000 or so in other facilities around the state. We don't know how far the virus has spread inside parchment prison. Marlon Howell sees all this a little differently from the other men Because Marlon is in a cell all by himself, just sitting there all day, every day, alone. He's on death row, for a murder he says he didn't commit.
