A lot of people seem to just roll over that information but that guy I think was the most interesting researcher that I met when I when I did the book in fact I still am in touch with him because he's still doing amazing research his name is Matthias Mill he's at University of Arizona yeah. He found that people who had spent more of their time having substantive conversations and good conversations and less time on small talk correlated with greater happiness and then a later study with with a better immune system so and his idea is that he thinks speech is eventually we're going to see it as medicine, not only for diagnostic purposes but also an way to change how you talk which could improve your health
