The Challenge of Being a Multicultural Strategist
The most frustrating thing about being a multicultural strategist is that people sometimes, they define multicultural strategies just in this case. They have the data definition of it and you have to kind of explain to them what that means in 2022. So ironically, multicultural strategist has a brand problem. It's honestly something I'm still trying to figure out on a day-to-day basis. That is the part that makes me a strong strategist is just who I am, quite frankly.
