There are many different ways we can meditate. There's the non discursive style of meditation, which is more like just bare attention. Diitioga is also another way to realize non self because you're letting go of your normal identification into your mundane sense of self. And so for some people, that's liberating. Because as i go i need to give my busy mind something to do. Sometimes i feel that creatives are very drawn to this,. The light, the color, the shapes and sound feeds those aspects of ourselves that sometimes really need nourishment.
