Rent Growth in the First Quarter of 2019?
In the year, rent growth was about 7% nationally. We're in the occupancy in 2022, still about 95%. So even though we say that occupancy's fallen 200 to 250 basis points over the past year, we're still essentially full across the country. January is looking just very 20, call it 2017, 2018, and the pre pandemic norm. And so where do we end up here at the end of the year?
