How to Continue Exercising After an IUI
After an IUI, you should continue the exact same activity that you were doing before. The recommendation is 150 minutes minimum of exercise per week. At least two of those exercise sessions should be resistance training. There's actually a number of studies that show also in pregnancy that exercising up to an hour a day does no harm.
