The Rise of Skills in L&D
I think it's about people getting swept up in the buzz but then also on a practical level. There is a clear skills gap, clear skills shortage, particularly in digital skills. So we will have a lot of solutions but the organizations are still struggling to close those skills gaps. We still need to get better, I think, across the board and energy and how we humble that, how we approach it.
