I Think It's a Need for a Community of Young People to Take It Forward
I looked at before covid which seems like so many years ago now was a young person network and trying to create a network of young people in the sector. Using those people to help attract more people into sectors is probably something that I should get back on my radar. Our organizations shy to showcase their younger and emerging talent for fear of having them you know hoovered up by other organizations. We need to surround ourselves with up and coming talent and lead from the back we will push them forward they are the future, he says. "We don't always have to be leading from the front definitely"
