How to Handle a Project That Goes Wrong

There was about 80k of credit card debt. And then how things worked out was I had to approach them for more money throughout the project. So ended up being one gave us 160, the other one gave us 90 and then had like two others that amounted to like another 20 or so K of debt. But once we closed everything out, those lenders were partially paid back from a second lean on one of the properties. And then the rest of it, they were just going to take as a loss.
