Is It Inflationary or Declineary?

A question on aging demographics by Isaac MK is it inflationary or deflationary my view is strongly and I can prove it with a ton of charts. My father retired you are fixed pool of capital unknown length of time to live rational human will throttle the amount of capital so I don't die destitute at 85 fact pool of capital never as much as income used to earn beforehand spending goes down fear of living long spending goes down so it's massively contractionary there is a school of thought that says oh well it's inflationary because they spend all their capital  I see no evidence of it anywhere in the world suddenly that paper came out saying hey it's all okay it's gonna be it
