The Difference Between Meditation and Mindfulness
I think what we are after is peace and calm, right? And so I can get to a similar place, but it's how exhausted I feel getting there. Versus if I have meditated and it really doesn't take long, right, it's just a few deep breaths. That would be because that's really what this is. The science has validated this. There's a significant before and after,. increase in gray matter, actually shrinking of the amygdala. It's really miraculous. If meditation and mindfulness, if they were a pill, it would be the most effective pill for our mental health out there, really.
