The author says that we're all confused. All of us humans are confused. And the experts are also confused. Which made me feel so just understood and validated as a human. It's like, I think, you know, in the midst of it, I thought I was alone. But come to find out there are so many people who are going through this heart hardship. Like it is a very universal experience, not just in the United States, but throughout the entire world.
